Hi, I'm Gemma - a British expat living on the West Coast of Canada who loves live music (Country is my jam!), random adventures, movies, and a nice cup of tea.

When I'm not working my 9-5, doing freelance projects, or pet sitting, I try to solo travel as much as funds will allow. It hasn't always been that way though, years ago the thought of going anywhere far away let alone overseas of my own was terrifying. That all changed when I found myself alone in Canada. Since then I’ve moved abroad on my own, taken many solo trips, and gone to a lot of events alone
