In the early hours of November 6, 2024, Donald Trump was declared the winner of the Presidential election. After the Swing State of Wisconsin was called the Associated Press could call the race at 5:35 am on Wednesday.

Mounting Evidence That Something Isn’t Right

Although there has been literal radio silence from almost every single Democrat except Hakeem Jeffries who pointed out strange results in Swing States it’s been crickets. Most democratic voters have been seemingly fearful and unwilling to question anything in case they are seen as being “election deniers” just like the Republicans.

But there are clear signs that everyone should be questioning. From really abnormal patterns in the voting data, proven voting machine vulnerabilities, and mail-in ballot tampering to pretty extreme voter suppression, foreign interference, and highly suspicious behavior of bad actors, many things have justified doing a full-scale investigation including a forensic audit.

Duty To Warn Letters & Investigative Reports

Several cyber security, Presidential election experts, and voting rights advocacy groups have come forward since Election night with letters and very detailed reports that urge the current President and Vice President to do a full investigation of the Election process and the results which were completely impossible without any human interference. With several untrustworthy bad actors, Republicans pushing back very hard against conducting any recounts or an audit of the presidential race including for Democratic locations, Trump’s lack of celebration, and highly improbable data across swing states, there are many reasons to think the election was rigged. 

This blog post is a compilation of everything I have gathered, which can be backed up by key parties’ social media activity, audio and video interviews, court cases, reputable experts, international organizations, the FBI, American Government EOs, and media articles from a wide variety of news outlets. Here’s everything you need to know, especially if you are an American voter. 

2024 US Election: The Swing States:

Pennsylvania (19)

This was the state that clinched the “blue wall” and the Presidency for Biden, its native son in 2020, but it was a close race as he won by only 1.2% points. 

Trump won the state in 2016 which snapped a streak of Democrats carrying the state. 

The state automatically triggers a recount if the margin between two candidates is within 0.5%. But three voters can also request a recount in a specific precinct if they allege there was fraud or an error in that precinct.

The Recount Law: Pennsylvania requires an automatic recount if the result of the two candidates is within 0.5%. Three voters can also ask for a recount for a specified precinct if they allege that there was fraud or an error in that precinct.

Wisconsin (10)

Up until 2016, this was considered a reliably blue state. Trump’s victory in 2016 cemented its status as a battleground state. Biden then flipped the script and turned it blue again making it one of the “blue wall” states.

The Recount Law: Candidates can request a recount like Trump did in 2020 but they have to cover the cost if the margin is bigger than 0.25 percentage points. Trump’s request led to no substantive change to the counts.

North Carolina (16)

Trump won this state in 2020 by only 1.3% points so as swing states go it’s a close one. 

This was Biden’s last stop on his post-State of the Union tour of swing states. Harris also spent a lot of time here. 

The Recount Law: A candidate can ask for a recount if the margin of the win is within 0.5% of the votes or 10k votes (whichever is less).

Michigan (15)

In recent decades this State has almost always gone Democratic. It’s one of three states that formed the “blue wall” for Biden in 2020. Trump won it over Clinton though in 2016. 

The Recount Law: There is an automatic recount if a candidate wins within a margin of 2,000 votes or fewer. A candidate can also ask for a recount if they have a “good faith” belief that they would have had a reasonable chance of winning but for fraud or a mistake made.

Nevada (6)

Although it only counts for 6 electoral votes, it is still an important state. Biden’s win in 2020 was the fourth consecutive time that a Democratic candidate has won here. 

The Recount Law: There are no automatic recounts. If a candidate wants a recount they have to pay for it, and request it within three days of certification.

Georgia (16)

Biden’s victory in 2020 in Georgia was the first time that a Democratic presidential candidate had won the Peach State since Bill Clinton in 1992.

The Recount Law: There aren’t automatic recounts. If the result of the two candidates is within 0.5 percentage points, a candidate can request a recount but it has to be made within two business days of certification.

Arizona (11)

Although considered a swing state, with Biden as an exception, it has traditionally been a red state with Republican candidates winning it for the last century. 

Arizona was a talking point because of its changing demographics and immigration shown by Biden flipping the State in 2020.

The Recount Law: Arizona requires an automatic recount if the results of the two candidates are within or equal to a margin of less than 0.5% of votes cast in a race.

2024: Pro-Trump Election Election Officials At All Swing States

Earlier in 2024, Rachel Maddow pulled together a number of instances where Trump had said he didn’t need votes, and raised the alarm that he intended to win the election by manipulating the administration of the voting tabulation.

As she pointed out telling voters at any point that they do not need to vote for him because it doesn’t matter should have been a huge red flag for everyone who cares about free and fair elections. It meant that as far as Trump was concerned “he didn’t need to win the votes to win the election, and he didn’t need to win the election to gain power”.

In other words he knew that there were other plans in place to get him back into the White House to begin his “dictatorship from day one”.

On the same day, Rolling Stone, told the world that at least 70 election officials had been put in position in the Swing States of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania who are pro-Trump election deniers. These officials were intentionally put in place in the Swing States to ensure that the election results no matter what they actually are won’t get certified in those 6 states this year if he doesn’t win.

At least 22 of these Pro-Trump election deniers have already refused or delayed certification processes in recent elections.

2024 Election Night

Election night is always a tense event. In a rigged election the process is likely to unfold in unusual ways. I’ve watched every US election for over two decades since I was a teenager and this one seemed to unfold differently. This was supposed to be a close election but the way the results were called and announced told a different story.

It was poised to be very tight margins between Trump and Harris so a delay in the final results was expected, not just thanks to the tight race, but also because of extended poll hours and state-specific laws dictating that some must wait to start counting mail-in ballots.

But the Associated Press was able to call the presidency at 5:35 Wednesday morning after Trump officially secured the vital swing state of Wisconsin.

How Quickly Have Results Come In For Past US Elections?

To demonstrate how absurdly fast it was, here are the timeframes of some other US elections as a comparison.

First, we should look at the highly contentious 2020 election which to this day, Trump and MAGA still say was stolen (more on that “Big Lie” later).

The call came much quicker than news of Joe Biden’s 2020 victory, which took four days to declare due to an influx of mail-in and absentee ballots leading to longer count times. While election workers will still be counting ballots in the coming days to officially certify each state, The Associated Press explains that it calls a race when “trailing candidates no longer have a path to victory,” relying on researchers and other analysis.

All Swing States Crimson Red

One of the biggest red flags, especially based on the huge turnouts at Harris’s rallies versus increasingly smaller turnouts at Trump’s rallies, was that every single swing state one after the other was suddenly scarlet red one after another. Many of these swing states are generally blue, and having all swing states turn red is not remotely usual and has an extremely implausibly high improbability without human tampering. Generally, especially in a very close election where support for one Candidate had been dropping (in this case Trump if go by his rallies and voter intent), you would always expect to see at least some of the Swing States purple with some ending up blue and some red. A Republican candidate has never won all swing states, and Trump is nowhere near as popular as MAGA wants everyone to believe.

This becomes even more suspicious considering 6 of the 7 Swing States have at least 70 Pro-Trump election deniers working at them doesn’t it.

This was the first time in 40 years that anyone has ever won all of the swing states.

Swing States Were Declared Very Quickly

Particularly in a close election, but even just generally, it’s not normal for all the swing states to be called as fast as they were on election night. It was a shock to see how fast results were coming in.

To this day I find it so hard to believe when large numbers of votes were still being counted, and it was extremely close election that they were able to call the election so fast. That was not normal and is yet another red flag that the election was rigged in broad daylight. So it has sent me down interesting rabbit holes over the past two months.

The Popular Vote Rarely Goes To Republicans

It is extremely difficult for Republicans to win the popular vote because some of the biggest states like California are Democratic.

To show how unlikely it is for Republicans to win the popular vote, let alone with a very divisive candidate like Trump you just have to look at their track record.

It’s been 20 years since a Republican won the popular vote when George W, Bush in 2004 when he defeated John F.Kerry. Then you have to go back another 16 years to find the next Republican popular vote win when Bush’s father won the 1988 defeating Michael S. Dukakis.

2024 US Election Was An Important One

After trying to get away with a failed fake elector scheme, inciting a violent insurrection, and stealing classified documents without any consequence, Donald Trump was back and feeling very emboldened declaring that he would be a dictator from day one. For the Republican Party, now heavily infiltrated with Christian Nationalists AKA Nazis, this was just what they needed to implement their highly controversial Project 2025 agenda. P2025 is an extreme far-right step-by-step framework for a Christian Nationalism regime with a dictator as President to ensure that all their controversial plans go ahead unchallenged.

Agenda 47: A Very Toned Down Version of Project 2025

An extremely simplified, more palatable version of it was created to act as Trump’s public campaign agenda, while Trump distanced himself from it as it was deemed to be nuclear. It is an assault on women, immigrants, LGBTQ, non-Christian religions, education, health, civil liberties, the environment, the military, the rule of law, democracy, and the economy, the intent of Project 2025 is to take the Country back a few 100 years while forcing Christianity on everyone and cleansing America of anyone who isn’t white.

So there was so much at stake for the majority of Americans. Yet we were all supposed to believe that Donald Trump, an extremely divisive President who had one of the worst terms in history was suddenly so popular that he could clean sweep all 7 swing states. This sounds even more absurd when you factor in how dangerous Project 2025 is for the majority of the Country. Kamala Harris was filling huge venues consistently, while Trump’s rallies were starting to dwindle off.

2024 Total Vote Count Seems Too Low

It was expected that 2024 would be a record in US election history, yet it’s substantially lower than 2020. Typically we see the total vote count go up by millions in every election cycle. The only exception to this since 1996 was 2008. Obama got over 7 million more votes in 2016 than he did in 2012. This was meant to be a historic record turnout, but we are supposed to believe that a record number of Americans chose to vote in 2020 and then over 3 million of them chose not bother in 2024….

• 2000: 102,066,576 (+ 9.1 milion)
• 2004: 114,413,842 (+ 13 million)

• 2012: 129,085,410 (- 2.3 million)
• 2016: 136,669,276 (+ 7.6 million)
• 2020: 158,383,403 (+ 21.7 million)
• 2024: 155,238,302 (- 3.1 million)

Suspicious Voting Results & Pattern

The data is the best place to start as that will provide the most concrete evidence of human tampering if there was any.

Walking through the datasets for each state that tampering appears to have occurred is showing a ballpark estimate of nearly 5 million votes being stolen?  I guess media is compromised or scared of this scale of corruption to go against it. Disappointing.

Patrick Byrne has said on a podcast / interview that it was 5.5 million votes tampered with via the voting machines BUT that’s on top of the large scale voter suppression (vigilante Inc documentary), redirected and destroyed mail-in ballots and ballot stuffing.

Election Result

Before I go over the key data analysis of the results and share the main reports by experts, there are a few things I had in mind while I looked at the analysis which made me very suspicious: 

• Trump winning all 7 Swing States outside of the recount ranges with less than 50% of the vote is north of 35 Billion to 1 probability. Impossible.
• Elon Musk stated publicly that anything can be hacked, wore a black cap at rallies, knew the election result four hours before everyone else, and has close ties with Russia.
• Patrick Byrne has said that Trump was confident about the result at Mar A Lago on Election night before results coming in.
• “There will be a new American Revolution and it will be bloodless if the left allows it to be” (Heritage Foundation)
• Polymarket extremely accurately predicted the election result and Trump’s win. 
• Yet up until election night, this election was regarded as a tight one.

Early Voting Results Look Manufacture

More than half the votes were cast before Election Day this year, according to AP tracking of the advanced vote.

Unexplained Voting Discrepancies

Significant discrepancies between the number of registered voters and actual turnout, and unusual voting patterns in key areas are a big flag that there are issues with the electoral process. 

Large surges in voting from areas that traditionally have low turn-out, or massive “voter dumps” in critical swing states. 

Sudden, unexplained spikes or drops in voter turnout and voting patterns that do not remotely align with historical trends can be seen in the 2024 election results and are a huge red flag that individual votes and vote counts have been significantly tampered with. 

Voter Turnout Issues

• Voter turnout was significantly lower than in 2020 with far more at stake/a much more important election. Big issues at stake
• Large numbers of voters flagging that their votes missing on social media 

Discrepancies In Voter Turn Out Versus Participation

Significant disparities between the number of registered voters and actual voters are always suspicious. If voter turnout in any location is much higher or lower than expected, unusual numbers of early voting ballots or a disproportionate number of absentee ballots it’s a red flag. 

Voting Machine Tampering 

Trump Access To Voting Machine Software

Trump illegally breached the voting equipment in 2020-2021. From November 2020 to January 2021 Trump and some of his loyalists including Powell, Mike Flynn, and Patrick Byrne (more on Byrne later) used the “Big Lie” to gain illegal access to the voting equipment in MI, GA, and CO. 

December 18, 2020, meeting in the Oval Office in which Trump allies, including lawyers Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, discussed a desire to access voting machines in presidential swing states Trump lost, according to congressional testimony. It also details subsequent efforts to secure that access.

Fulton County, Georgia

Powell, Giuliani, and Trump were among 19 people charged this summer in Fulton County, Georgia, where state prosecutors have alleged they were part of a conspiracy to overturn Trump’s loss in the state. That included the unauthorized breach of voting systems in rural Coffee County, Georgia.

They took the Dominion Voting Systems and Election Systems & Software equipment to hotels for their “experts’ to “inspect”. They made a copy of all the software. 

These breaches encompass 70% of the voting equipment in the entire country. 

The election experts told the U .S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, special counsel Jack Smith, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Jen Easterly, director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency that “The multistate effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software poses serious threats to election security and national security and constitutes a potential criminal conspiracy of enormous consequences.”

Notably in Michigan, three people were charged in a similar effort unauthorized access to ballot tabulators in three counties.

Tina Peters who is heavily connected to the ‘America Project’* was recently sentenced to nine years in a CO prison for giving Donald Trump’s team the illegal access to voting machines. The other co-conspirators are waiting on their felony cases to begin. Unsurprisingly it is the America Project who are now advocating for her release from prison.

*Bryne implicates the America Project as well as himself, Mike Flynn, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and others after the election in a project to “stop their go fast switch” with a “red button” and the “hand of God”. Technical Issues With Voting Machines

SMART Elections has been tracking and collating all of the technical issues that occurred during this election, and there were a lot of them.

Alabama:

• Counties claiming issues with tabulators (find the articles)
• Reports of voting machines or tabulators malfunctioning during the voting period. These led to delays in counting ballots 
• Could have easily led to incorrect vote counts that wouldn’t be spotted or verified without recounts
• It’s a big red flag that there has been reports of irregularities in vote counts due to machine malfunctions. 

Lack of transparency over repairs of machines or troubleshooting processes

Significant malfunctions and tests exposing vulnerabilities were not addressed with officials constantly just telling the American people that the machines are completely secure despite the proof that they arent…why?

2024 Election: Mail-In Ballots

But true to form he also changed his tune when it came to Republican voters. For a while, he told them to vote early and asked for some restrictions to be lifted in North Carolina. 

Mail-in ballot tampering was varied; they were withheld, discarded, burned, and found in unauthorized locations like trash bins and abandoned vans. I have even had MAGA members openly brag to me on X.

Nevada, along with California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington state, and the District of Columbia, use exclusively mail-in ballots.

An important note to make when considering the issues with mail-in ballots being delivered successfully is that Postmaster General Louis DeJoy is a MAGA Republican. He knows that mail-in ballots are predominantly all votes for the Democrats. Also, if there are any  “higher than usual” numbers of ballots marked “undeliverable,” it runs the risk of disqualifying otherwise eligible voters, as could the mishandling of mailed ballots, the election officials cautioned.

Mail-in Ballots Redirected

Ballot Harvesting is the practice of collecting completed ballots from voters and submitting them on their behalf. Some States allow this under controlled conditions but where Republicans or Democrats conduct it this practice could easily be used as one way of manipulating election results. 

In some instances, ballots were redirected to the wrong locations and delayed so that most of them couldn’t be counted before the deadline. Highly suspicious when you remember that the Postmaster General is MAGA

Mail-in Ballots Intercepted at Polling Stations

MAGA on X bragged to me openly about how there were lots of MAGA at polling stations in the Swing States and they were fortunately able to “intercept” democrat mail-in ballots at the polling stations they were working at. 

Large Numbers of Mail-In Ballots Rejected

In Pennsylvania, the swing state with the most electoral college votes has partisan election boards across the 67 Counties. Voter Suppression

Blatent voter suppression that we are seeing by the Republican Party, and their constant attempts to prevent certain groups from voting can and does happen in a variety of ways. They include doing things like making it much harder to vote at all, long waiting times at polling stations, bomb threats, and outright intimidation.

These are some of the ways it occurred at this last election. 

Check for reports of long wait times, broken voting machines, and targeted efforts to stop certain groups of people from voting, especially in battleground states. 

Voter Suppression by Vigilante Groups

By August 2024, there were 40,000 self-proclaimed vigilante ‘vote-fraud hunters’ who challenged the rights of 852,381 voters. Their goal was to target 2 million voters before the election. There is no free and fair election if a vigilante group acting on Donald Trump’s behalf is stopping hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of voters from voting.

Sanctions Against Iran and Russia for 2024 US Election Interference

The sanctions are the latest in a string of actions taken by the Biden administration to hold Moscow and Tehran to account for alleged election interference and for influence campaigns targeting American voters.

The US Treasury has sanctioned entities in Iran and Russia who attempted to interfere in the 2024 US election by spreading disinformation on behalf of Iran and Russia’s intelligence services: US treasury press release here

These sanctions are just some of multiple actions that Biden’s administration took after the 2024 election for alleged election interference and influence campaigns to target and manipulate American voters. These include pro-Russia campaigns.

Using AI Tools To Interfere With 2024 US Election

The Russia centre for Geopolitical Expertise used AI to target candidates in the election. The treasury says that the CGE “directs and subsidizes the creation and publication of deepfakes and circulated disinformation about candidates in the U.S. 2024 general election,”

It was founded by Aleksandr Dugin, a familiar name if you follow the people in Trump’s circle of influence and key Russian bad actors. Dugin was previously sanctioned in 2015 for his role leading an organization recruiting fighters for the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in eastern Ukraine.  

The organization works with an intelligence unit that “that oversees sabotage, political interference operations, and cyberwarfare targeting the West.” 

The CGE’s director, Valery Korovin who is a well-known Russian Nationalist has also been sanctioned.

Russian Propaganda: Widespread Disinformation

There has been huge volumes of non-stop relentless disinformation campaigns attacking Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Hunter Biden, Democrats in general, American laws and Democratic policies that Russia and the Republican Party want to get rid of or change with the obvious goal of swaying voters. 

Spotlight On The Shadow War

In December, the U.S. Helsinki Commission released a report on Russia’s attacks on Nato Territory.

This report is a follow up to the Helsinki Commission’s September 2024 hearing about Russia’s Shadow War on NATO, and goes into detail as to the extent of the attacks which some familiar names such as Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump can easily be connected to.

Since Russia invaded the Ukraine, it has significantly increased its sabotage campaigns across North America and European Countries. These are calculated campaigns attacking NATO in order to destabilize, distress and deter the transatlantic alliance from supporting the Ukraine. The pro-Russia propaganda that Musk pushes on X is no coincidence, and Trump winning the Presidency was crucial for Russia in their bid to make the Ukraine and other NATO countries part of Russian territory.

The U.S. Helsinki Commission staff have mapped nearly 150 hybrid operations against NATO that have been executed within NATO territory since the invasion. These have all either been attributed to or been suspected as being Russia.

The operations against NATO countries are a hybrid attack that fall into four different categories that are covered in the report. These are critical infrastructure attacks, violence campaigns, weaponized migration, and election interference and information campaigns.

The Canadian International report on election interference and threats against Canada is expected to name around 3000 people including 600 Americans.

Claims of Russian Interference

There has been ongoing discussions about heavy Russian interference in the election campaigns and electoral process for many years, especially since Donald Trump entered the political arena. Trumps connections to Russia and Putin can be traced back to the 80’s and it is widely believed based on evidence that he has been a Russian asset for around 40 years.

Russia used intermediaries to hire American right-wing influencers to spread Kremlin talking points. It created networks of websites that resembled trusted U.S. news outlets, along with fictitious sites, to spread polarizing content

2024 US Election: Russian Bomb Threats

The media dramatically downplayed how many bomb threats by stating that there was only about 67 instead of the over 200 that actually occurred. Many of these, according to the FBI, appear to have originated from Russian email domains. If proven, this is very significant and measurable foreign interference to help Trump win the election.

Why do we care about Polymarket? First, this betting platform accurately predicted the stunning, completely improbable, Trump victory almost perfectly. Secondly, that becomes even more suspicious when you factor in who the CEO has connections with. Here’s the basics you need to know.

Peter Thiel raised about $70 million in funding for Polymarket. If you are unaware, Thiel is one of the key oligarchs taking over the American Government and is set to benefit greatly from a Trump Presidency. He also happens to be somewhat of a mentor for the extreme Christian Nationalist, Vice President JD Vance.  

Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan has also been seen being chummy with Trump.

The fact that it was significantly more accurate than the opinion polls that based on voter intent were all predicting that it would be a tight race is yet another big red flag that the election was rigged. 

It brought in more than $3.6 billion from bets placed on the presidential election, including $1.5 billion on Trump and $1 billion on Vice President Kamala Harris, according to an NBC News analysis

I do not doubt that at least a decent chunk of the money that Musk made from Trump’s win came from Polymarket. Prove me wrong.  

Very Large Bet Made On Trump

Polymarket doesn’t allow trading in the US, but a mystery French trader known as the ‘Polymarket Whale’ made large bets on Trump winning the election. These huge wagers conveniently happened in tandem with a sudden dramatic rise in Trump’s chances on the Platform. That ‘whale’ walked away with over $46 million in profit. (Reuters)
