Hi, if we have never met before, I’m Gemma. I’m a British content creator, blogger, and influencer living on the West Coast of Canada. As a solo traveler and immigrant abroad alone, I am passionate about sharing stories, experiences, information, and useful resources about solo traveling, life overseas, and building self-confidence.
Things I love include being creative, live music (especially Country), small towns (and cities that have small-town vibes), outdoor patios & rooftop bars, exploring places like a local, boutique stores, beautiful décor, cute dresses, chocolate, and tea; English or peached iced tea.
My focus is on creating quality long-form content and engaging short-form content to support and inspire other women to have more experiences alone while building their self-confidence.

My Mission
On the blog and across social media channels I aim to:

- Give visitors helpful and practical tips and insights for their travels, daily life, and well-being.

- Share real photos that haven’t been heavily edited – even if they’re not great.
My Audience
My audience across all channels is predominantly based in the United States (45%), United Kingdom (16%) and Canada (10%).
Most of them are within the age range of 25 yrs old to 44 yrs old.
It is 85-90% female, although that varies across channels a little bit.
